Pre-Dispatch Approval & Finality Policy

  • Visual Confirmation: To ensure 100% satisfaction, FlowerWala.pk will share a real-time photo or video of the final floral arrangement via WhatsApp before it leaves our shop.
  • Customer Approval: The order will be dispatched for delivery only after the customer views the media and provides an “OK” or formal confirmation.
  • Finality of Sale: Once the customer has approved the design and the order has been delivered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on “change of mind,” “personal preference,” or “it doesn’t look like what I imagined.”
  • No Post-Delivery Revisions: After the physical handover of the approved product, the sale is considered final and closed.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Before Delivery: You can cancel your order and get a full refund if you notify us at least 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Special Occasions: For high-demand days (such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day), cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Post-Delivery: Since flowers cannot be “restocked” once cut and arranged, we do not offer refunds once the delivery has been successfully made, unless there is a quality issue (see Section 1).

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Address: If the delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Recipient Unavailable: If the recipient is not available to receive the flowers and there is no safe place to leave them.
  • Refusal by Recipient: If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash) within 5-7 working days.
